Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AJÉ, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use AJÉ. Do not create accounts for others without authorization or use another person's credentials.

Respect members and cultural traditions. No harassment, hateful or threatening material, impersonation, scams, stalking, doxxing, unlawful activity, spam or repeated unwanted solicitation. Do not disclose another person's private religious or personal information. The Community Guidelines provide more detail. We may restrict accounts, remove content and review reports when necessary for safety.

AJÉ offers learning and community dialogue, not guaranteed spiritual, religious, medical, legal or financial advice. Orisha and Odù stories vary by tradition and lineage. AI Oracle responses may be incomplete or wrong and should not be treated as divination, a prescription for ceremonial practice or a substitute for qualified elders or professionals.

You retain ownership of original material you create. By posting or uploading it, you give AJÉ a nonexclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, display and distribute that material only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate and promote its presentation within the service, in accordance with your settings. This does not give AJÉ ownership of your work.

Do not upload copyrighted works, recordings, private information, restricted teachings or ceremonial materials without the rights and permissions needed to share them. Send copyright concerns, with relevant URLs and evidence, using the copyright option in our support form.

Listings, sellers and event organizers are responsible for truthful descriptions, pricing, legal compliance, arrangements, delivery, cancellations and their dealings with participants. AJÉ is a discovery and community platform, not a guarantor of a vendor's products, services, ritual qualifications, safety or performance. Unless the checkout clearly identifies AJÉ as the merchant, arrangements and disputes are between the participants. Read our Marketplace Standards.

Knowledge and Oracle access may require a paid subscription after a limited introductory access period. The current recurring plan is $20 USD per month, and checkout is provided by Wix Payments. Your three-day introductory access after creating an account does not automatically bill you. Completing a paid checkout creates a separate recurring payment obligation according to the checkout disclosures. Read the Billing & Cancellation Policy before subscribing.

Keep your login secure and report suspected compromise. You can manage profile visibility, notifications and deletion in settings. Deleting AJÉ access does not itself guarantee cancellation of a separately billed subscription, so review your subscription before deleting. We may suspend accounts or content that violate these terms, laws or safety rules. We may change or discontinue features while seeking to honor paid access and applicable law.

AJÉ is provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable consumer rights and laws. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party listings, AI responses or member-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for complying with applicable law.
