Exchange Listing Standards

Describe your actual goods and services, condition, pricing, availability, shipping, refund arrangements and relevant qualifications. Do not promise results that cannot be guaranteed or misrepresent a ritual, initiation, affiliation or spiritual credential.

Do not sell stolen goods, infringing designs, restricted wildlife products, unsafe or prohibited items, or sacred or culturally restricted items without the necessary permissions. Sellers are responsible for legal and tax requirements in their jurisdictions.

AJÉ Exchange only publishes advertisements and helps interested members discover and contact one another. An asking price is information supplied by the listing owner, not an AJÉ sale or checkout offer. Members may use AJÉ direct messages, optional custom-work inquiries, trade proposals, and publicly advertised available times to begin a conversation. These tools do not create an AJÉ purchase, contract, reservation, or payment obligation.

AJÉ does not accept or process marketplace payments, hold funds, collect transaction fees, manage seller payouts, verify external payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, confirm appointments, or issue marketplace refunds. Buyers and sellers negotiate terms, payment methods, delivery, cancellations, and taxes independently. AJÉ does not guarantee their performance or provide a buyer-protection or escrow program. Be cautious about advance payments, identity claims, prohibited goods, and offers that seem suspicious.

You can contact AJÉ Support or report a listing if you suspect spam, fraud, prohibited goods, inaccurate credentials, or unsafe conduct. AJÉ may review, remove, or restrict listings and accounts for safety; this does not make AJÉ a party to outside transactions.

A seller-reviewed badge means AJÉ staff reviewed the profile or supplied business information. It does not prove identity through a formal verification provider, certify religious authority or initiation, or guarantee product or service quality. AJÉ does not issue verified-purchase reviews for transactions completed outside the app.

Sellers may opt to provide approximate location coordinates rounded to a broad area. Buyers may use device location for radius search without publishing their exact location to other members. Saving a search is optional; notifications for matching listings require you to turn on alerts for that search, and phone push requires a separate preference and device permission.
