Billing & Cancellation

AJÉ Premium includes access to Knowledge and the Oracle. The currently displayed recurring price is $20 USD per month. Taxes and other charges, if applicable, should be disclosed at checkout before payment.

New accounts receive three days of introductory Knowledge access starting from account creation. This is not an automatically billed free trial: you are not charged solely because those three days end. You are charged when you separately purchase a paid membership through checkout.

Paid membership checkout currently uses Wix Payments. The plan renews monthly until canceled under the payment agreement. Cancel through the subscription-management method offered by your payment provider; if you cannot locate that option, contact billing support with the email used at checkout. Allow sufficient time before your next renewal and retain cancellation confirmation. A support request alone does not establish that a subscription has been canceled.

If a future iOS version offers a subscription billed by Apple, Apple's subscription management and refund flow will apply to that purchase. You can manage Apple-billed subscriptions in your Apple account. Apple-billed and Wix-billed subscriptions are separate; always check your receipt to identify the billing provider.

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the provider's terms and applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or access is missing after a valid purchase, send a billing request with the receipt or transaction identifier. Do not include full card numbers or passwords. Deleting an AJÉ account does not by itself cancel a recurring charge with an external payment processor; arrange cancellation separately to avoid unexpected renewal.
